Apple Watch unlock

The watchOS app mirrors the active session. Log sets, rest, and navigate exercises directly from your wrist — the phone stays in your bag.

Live Activity & Dynamic Island

During a workout, the current exercise, set progress, and timer show on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Mark sets done, switch exercises, pause, or end — without unlocking your phone.

Custom workouts & templates

Build reusable workouts from exercises with configurable sets, reps, and weights. Mix grouping styles to match how you actually train. Share a template with anyone through the system share sheet.

Grouping styles & smart timers

Scheduling unlock

Single sets, supersets, EMOM, AMRAP, and timed holds. Smart countdowns for time-based work, and local notifications when any timer expires — so your phone can stay face-down between sets.

Post-workout check-in

After each session, record how it felt and your training load (RPE 1–10). Movr reads your Apple Watch effort score from Health to pre-fill the load — adjust it, save it, and it's written back to Apple Health.

iCloud sync & Apple Health

Your workouts sync between iPhone and Apple Watch over iCloud. Completed sessions write to Apple Health; edits made in Health or Fitness flow back into Movr's history on next launch.
